Allow custom statuses for managing problems and visualize the statuses in the from of a Kanban Board. Provide the ability to Rank Problems so they can appear on the board from Top to Bottom in Ranked order. We would like to focus on the Top 10 problems in our organization and the rank can change daily. SWSD does not have a good way to manage this and many other solutions have this capability. Thanks.
