Ticket Templates

I would like to have pre-configured ticket templates that can be used. These templates when selected would allow you to fill in additional details before submission. A great use case for this is New Employee tickets. While most of the details in these is the same each time, it's also necessary for our HR person to put in the Name and a few other details about the new employee before submitting the ticket.

We created a template with Custom fields. When the new employee is selected it creates a number of custom fields that open up to the user (HR) and allows them or the hiring manager to enter the data. Its working well for us. Here is a snippet...

I just wish the template design would allow for some side by side or multi columns in the custom field area. No such luck with WHD though.
