Sorry if this has been logged before, but I am new here would be useful if the description field could be made mandatory when logging incidents. We have too many users that fail to give us all the information when logging a call.

Agree, far to easy for the user to bypass this useful feature. Please action, but only 2 months old request so who knows when it will be done, maybe after 12 months.
Im actually so surprised that's not a default and not even an option currently. This is definitely needed. M
