Automatically change state after certain amount of time

Would be a really good feature if could have a option for the system to change state after certain amount of time.

For example we have Scheduled state would be nice if this can be set to open at the scheduled time if wanted.

Also there is a Automatically Close ticket after ....

Would be good if instead of close it could be set to what ever state you wanted.
