We have Service Requests for equipment checkouts, Contractor Keycards, etc. These items have a "return date" field. I currently cannot use that field to send a reminder to the requester that these items need to be returned. Sometimes these items are checked out for months so a automated email based on a date field would be perfect to remind the requester to return these items.
