our internal Audit wants to review Incidents. We want them to be able to see but not change anything on the incidents. I have created a modified Agent role with good results. The only drawback is that Incidents can be assigned to that auditor agent because they have an agent role. SWSD Support said there's no way to keep that role from getting assignments.
