Currently, it is not possible to permanently delete old accounts that are on Disabled status.
Employees who are no longer working in our company will continue to exist within the Service Desk database.
Please provide the option to be able to delete old disabled account. Or.... An option to remove the date 'Last logged in' for disabled account.
In fact, accounts that are disabled and have never been logged in can be deleted.
