Request remote support link added to ticket options

User could (if assets are setup correctly) request a Dameware session be started right from the WHD. This would eliminate time and energy on several ends. Many support software offer a remote support option. this is just the next evolution in my opinion.

This is already built into WHD. Setup > Assets > Options and check out the Dameware integration, SCCM integration, VNC and other tools options.

We use SCCM asset discovery and link a custom protocol to start the configuration manager remote viewer and some of our higher level techs use a putty protocol for servers that kick off certain alerts to WHD.
