i'm using Solarwind since fews month now and as i was looking to do some change in my service catalog, i had to request help from support.
I'm trying to create a Dropdown list linked to a "Date field" the purpose of this dropdown list is to allow user to select a date (depending on the selection he made).
For exemple, we have 2 values in the dropdown list : Temporary and Permanent
If the value Permanent is selected, nothing happen
if the value Temporary is selected, a Date field appear. ( to select the end of the temporary contract)
The support told me this feature wasn't existing in Solarwind and suggest me to make a request here
