Set/change color of a Category or Subcategory in the Incidents screen

Hi there- feature request: we'd like to be able to set the color of a given Category and Subcategory. I'm told by your online chat that this has been requested before but I didn't find a good match when I searched for that.

I submitted a request for changing the color of custom states. I'm not sure about changing color for categories:
