We have far too many users that make a request that that does not qualify as an urgent request.
For example, they request to have someone added to an email distribution group or request the purchase and installation of a printer.
For this they select our highest priority, “Immediate Action Required” which is defined as 'complete within one hour'.
We would like to be able to select which priorities are available/enabled for each Request Type, based on the type of request.
To add someone to an email distribution group, we'd like to be able to select "Next Business Day" (or longer) priorities be the only priorities available when they select the "Add/Modify Distribution Group" Request Type.
