Custom Forms / Fields / Dynamic Forms rules should be combined into one "Design" section

The way SWSD does custom fields is ridiculously convoluted!

The whole form editing system needs to be blown away and re-designed with a WYSYWIG Form Creator/Editor.

The IFTTT system for custom fields should be incorporated directly into this WYSYWIG editor with drag and drop functionality and IFTTT conditions should be set in a "Properties" panel.
