In many of the SolarWinds Service Desk screens, the views can be customized to change column order, add filters, and add or remove columns. In the case of the Software Details screen, there are zero options available. For example, the screen shows computer name, logged in user, site, and department and date detected. I would prefer to see the computer owner rather than the logged in user. Having the ability to customize the view on software details would let me make this change and add other information as needed or filter out computers based on other factors, etc.
