Adding the Ticket Number to the Bottom of the Ticket

We have quite a few large custom fields and are often scrolling up to the top of the ticket to see the ticket number. It would be nice to put the ticket number at the bottom of the ticket details, or have it move down the page as you scroll so it is always visible.

I would prefer that the ticket number float. I encounter a similar issue when there are a lot of notes in the ticket.
