Hello everyone, Ticket number is not a field in the 'Row Category' nor the 'Column Category' sections when creating reports in WHD. How can I get this field under these categories? Thanks in advance
Hi all, Currently using WebHelpDesk as our ticketing system. We're trying to avoid clashes with other organization's ticketing systems by adding de-limiters to our ticket numbers, that way if they get pushed around the subject field the ticketing system can still identify them. Any direction on how this could be done?…
We have quite a few large custom fields and are often scrolling up to the top of the ticket to see the ticket number. It would be nice to put the ticket number at the bottom of the ticket details, or have it move down the page as you scroll so it is always visible.
