Emailed replies with photo attachments to include photos in incident comment

I wish emailed attachments (photos in particular) would come through the comments when requesters reply by email. Our people are always trying to attach photos taken from their phones when replying to incident emails. Then we have to chase them down to get them either install and use the app, or email us directly.

Yes to this (reply email with attachments/photos) and there needs to be a better way for handling attachments. There is the option for attachments for the comment, incident. Would be great to view all the attachments in one location instead of scrolling through the ticket.
