Ability to add new categories to the main Asset management drop down.

The existing categories in the main Asset drop down is to restrictive and I would like to add additional ones to suit our company

We do not want to use 'Other Assets' even though it can be sorted and filtered.

I totally agree. Would be nice to add our own category for this.
Also the reporting would be nice the be able to have a filter option to export to excel without getting the entire list.
