When a ticket is raised the process tab can only have simple tasks for the technician to click when done.
The only "conditions" that can be set are based upon fields already pre-filled by the requesting user.
I would like to be able to add an sort of Yes/No task for the technician to chose.
For a simplified example, a request comes in for a user to be created
Task for technician is "Does this user already exist"
If they click Yes then the request automatically does X, Y and Z and then continues the rest of the process
If they click No then it continues to the rest of the process
