API - Adding Approvers to Changes via Process Tab

Please see enhancement request below.

Below is what I want to add to a new change. However, I cannot find data in the change XML list that shows approvers.

I started the process of a change and noticed workflow_tasks appeared for the first level approver. However, I tried adding this field to my code and received a 500 error.

Below are the details of the change creation in PowerShell. Can we add a workflow_tasks option to add approvers?
