After selecting an Incident from the Incidents Index Page, allow the user to access the next or prior incident without having to go back to the Index Page.
How would this work? Would it move to the next Incident by Ticket# order, or by the order of the tickets from the most recent Sort/Filter view settings? For example, If I had filtered/sorted tickets in my view to be closed tickets, for a specific category, for a specific technician, would the next/previous know to refer to that view order for me, while another person may just be viewing the own, open tickets.
It would list by the order of the incidents from the most recent Sort/Filter view settings. Currently you can 'Preview' an incident and have the option to go to the next or previous incident, but it doesn't allow you to update the ticket. I need to be able to update an incident (comments, change the state, assignee, etc) and then move on to the next Incident.
