It would be an excellent idea to be able to import assets into Web HelpDesk from the PO. It would be better to have a tick box to select the items that we want to import.
Also, It would be great to have a field in the PO for date product was Received.
Couple the two above suggestions together, so that when the PO is marked as Received, the individual items checked in #1 would be automatically imported into the system.
