Hello,
We would like to see an option to set a future date reminder for service requests. For example, if we have an employee who needs to take a 5 day vacation and needs to have access restricted from Jul 4-Jul 9. A reminder to us (via Outlook email) three days before the 4th and a day before this date would be very helpful in completing the service request and not forgetting about it.
