WHD outlook plugin

For several of my users, they still love to send me a help desk email with out sending it to the help desk first.  Luckily for me I am Zeus on the network so I can resend their email as them to the Help Desk.   I feel it would be beneficial to have a Outlook plugin for WHD, this way when they are tyoping they can bein the WHD template in outlook  or give me a button that say just make a WHD ticket with this users email who was to lazy to simply add helpdesk@ to the "to" or "cc" lines in their email.

With a good Outlook plugin, this could be an amazing tool in my environment.  I don't allow email tickets because I want the user to enter other info to the initial ticket.  With a plugin, perhaps it could query the WHD for the appropriate required fields.  It may not prevent them from "sending" the email incomplete, but hopefully an admin would be able to set up an email template in WHD telling them that their ticket was rejected because they didn't completely fill out the form.  I imagine this would be a major undertaking on SW's part, so I won't hold my breath.
