Hi SolarWinds Team,
I’d like to submit a feature request for Procurement / Purchase Order notifications in SolarWinds Service Desk. Currently, Automation Rules only allow scopes for Incident/Service Request, Change, and Asset, and the Notifications section does not provide options for Procurement events.
This makes it difficult for IT, Finance, and Inventory teams to stay updated on purchasing activity.
Requested Enhancement:
Please add support for notifications (via Automation Rules and/or Notifications) for these Procurement/PO events:
Business Impact:
Without these notifications, our Helpdesk and Finance teams must manually check PO records, which slows down approvals, receiving, and reconciliation. Automatic email notifications would improve efficiency, accuracy, and communication across departments.
