Need to create a list or report of devices that have a certain software installed, regardless of version number.

Use case - I need to know which devices have MSOffice 2019 installed. I don't care about version number but it could be a field in the report. It is beyond tedious to have go into each version number to see the list of computers that have that version. It takes an hour or more to copy paste the list of computers that have a particular version number and paste them all into a spreadsheet. Especially frustrating because the data is there but I can't see it the way I want to see it. Maybe there is a better way?
