Please add functionality to further parse the data in the incident heatmap report built into the platform to give us options to view incident breakdowns for every hour or 30 minutes to better assist with personnel allocation and after-hour support proposals. Currently we can only see the breakdown for every 2 hours but this only allows for us to see incidents entered 4-6PM rather than 4-5 and then 5-6 and each hour thereafter (or half-hour) to make sure we schedule appropriately for coverage.
