We often have users who don't search the service catalog for a request they are attempting to make and end up creating a new incident instead. Many of the service catalog items have approval routing or other custom forms/fields that need to be filled out that couldn't be done in a standard incident. We want to be able to automate if someone chooses a specific category/subcategory that it would forward them over to the service catalog item that corresponds with that category/subcategory.
