It would be nice to have native reports that are customizable with more parameters to provide in-depth information. For example, we are trying to find the percentage of tickets that were closed/resolved by our helpdesk members as a whole in 24hrs, 72hrs, and 1 week by month. From what I can tell, the reports must use the parameters/fields given in each template. It would be nice if they could be removed/added to fit the report you want and with more parameter options to pick from.
