It would allow more customizations if we could change the font for widgets, headers, etc. within the portal designer.
YES! We want our end users to go to our Helpdesk Portal first to see if there is an issue before they put in a service request, but the options for the custom message tile in particular are awful. If we could just change the background color of the custom message tile and other small cosmetic additions to that one widget, it would be HUGE!
