Add the Bulk Action(s) dropdown to the top of the Help Desk screen under My Tickets or Group Tickets in addition to it being at the bottom. Numerous times do I find it an annoyance to have several dozen tickets from various departments on my screen and in order to select a particular takes to apply to them all I have to scroll down to the very bottom of the screen to activate the task. I think having it at both the top and bottom of the My Tickets and Group Tickets screen would beneficial and less time consuming when dealing with multiple tickets that may not be near the bottom of the list.
