The feature already exist in Web Help desk and better add it to the application and making it DYNAMIC for the group membership
that if you are part or member of a new group that may be added on the list automatically.
Tell me about it! This is something that without it is just confusing (would have to also add queue membership as well to make it all-inclusive)
