If technicians are putting in a lot of detailed information on an incident or change the individual comments can get very long, which results in dozens pages of comments to scroll through when looking at history. It can be very difficult to find a 3-line comment when there are 25 other comments that are all 10 pages each. This can also happen if technicians are using email replies to update the incidents.
By default, when you open an incident the desciption of the incident is limited to a small amount of space (and has a "View More" link to show the entire description).
It would be helpful to have the same "View More" feature on Comments, so that it's easier to scroll through very long comment histories to find specific information.
Additionally, a "Expand All Comments" or "Collapse All Comments" links would be equally helpful.
