It would be nice to have a feature in Solar Winds Service Desk to create a screen recording video. This would prevent the user from having to take a bunch of screen shots and type out multiple descriptions of each. It would also allow users to easily show things that are difficult to explain in words or wouldn't show up in a screenshot.
It would be helpful if the user had the option to click a button that would launch a small lightweight application that would allow them to select a region of their screen and record their actions displaying navigation and steps to show an issue or procedure.
