The conversion of request variables to custom fields in February gave us the ability to view the use of custom fields when we're creating or modifying a service request. It would be beneficial to see this information from the Custom Fields option in SWSD Settings (Settings > Service Desk > Custom Fields). Currently we can only modify/delete the field, and knowing what requests may be affected can save time when auditing and reviewing custom forms.
