We would like our requesters to have the same experience whether accessing from the desktop browser or a mobile browser. Currently there is no way to customize the experience across platforms.
I would settle even for just having the Portal consistent with the Platform view! I spent a lot of time creating a Service Catalog item to use as a custom form to collect data in a very specific arrangement. I arranged all of my custom fields and got them to behave nicely with logic hiding some depending on certain selections because, even when I have fields in the right column, they'll display on the left if the field to the left of them is empty!Even after getting all that set up nicely, the Service Requestor Portal shows everything in 1 column, with some fields randomly in the wrong order! Same thing happens with exporting the ticket as a .PDF and the view included in email notifications. Why isn't the user interface consistent between even the Agent Platform and the User Portal!?!
