Oftentimes it is necessary to save something entered in the comments fields and then leave the current incident before posting it. This doesn't mean the work prepared in that field should be deleted, or posted. It would be nice to have the ability to save text entered in the comments as draft and return to it, rather than having to copy it to a notepad somewhere else, or re-type it altogether.
