ARCGIS Integration with Service Desk

Hello, we are interested in submitting a feature request for ESRI ArcGIS to enable the generation of service requests within SolarWinds Service Desk Portal. This functionality would greatly benefit our workflow, as we currently utilize ArcGIS's Workforce solution for inspection documentation. Following these inspections, we would like to leverage SolarWinds Service Desk as a centralized work order repository for processing work order requests. Are there plans for an API to facilitate this integration in the future, or is one currently available?
