Not sure if anyone else has notice but magnifying (zooming) on images in solution articles works on/off when viewing solution articles from the users home portal or knowledge base site..
Here is what i notice so far:
- If I go into a solution article link from the the user home page portal or knowledge base in which it takes me to https://xxxx.samanage.com/solutions/xxx333-blah-blah-started.portal - I can’t zoom into the images.
- If I remove the “.portal” text from the URL address (https://xxxx.samanage.com/solutions/xxx333-blah-blah-started) now it takes me to the solution article on the platform (agent) side in which I can zoom in to images.
- Now if I click on the back button on my internet browser and it takes me back to the url of https://xxxx.samanage.com/solutions/xxx333-blah-blah-started.portal then I can now zoom into the images.
I reached out to support to create an incident, the tech that helped me was able to replicate the inconsistent issue on a test environment and agreed it should be added back. Ultimately from what I was told was that the product management team removed this feature for some reason but that they were still reviewing this feature. Why would you remove a feature in the beginning isnt this something that we would want users to be able to do to make solution articles more useful/efficient to them?
