Would it be possible to make all custom fields available to add to a ticket, if needed.
If I have a custom field that is not associated with the request type of this ticket, but that field is now needed, I could then add it manually for this specific ticket.
For example: Working on a hardware issue, but becomes a purchasing ticket (need part) and my custom fields for Account Number, Billing Type, etc are now needed. I don't want to change the request type because it is still a hardware issue.
