I am not sure if anyone has posted this yet, but it would be great if we had an option in SolarWinds Service Desk to Group things. For example, you could select to group on "Assigned To" and then the incidents would roll up, sort and count all incidents by the "Assigned To" Field then you could have a +/- sign next to them to expand the appropriate User to see their incidents. That would make the Incident screen a lot clearer and more useful.
