In the Audit trail it stamps when an Approval Task has been declined or approved. Can you also Notate that automatically in the Comments field as a Private note?
Would also be useful to have the option to have a public note as well so the requester knows that their request was declined
We have an notification email set up automatically upon approval or decline
Great but we can't add an approval task to an Incident or request. It's a Generic Task
