It would be really handy to be able to filter software assets by currently installed & active (e.g. in the last 24 / 48 hrs), rather than having an entire history of software that has been installed and potentially removed from machines.
Having recently conducted a software audit, we noticeed that the software asset register contains a compelete list of all software that had ever been installed on machines. Much of the software in the list associated with specific hosts, had either long been upgraded to newer versions or uninstalled.
