Good Afternoon,
Product team confirmed that they have a backup of all the forms in case something goes wrong in the migration process.
However, for a backup that users can access like me, you do not have one that is readily available and there are currently no advise on creating such a source for data for the users.
The workaround I was recommended was to access the data via the API or take screenshots of the current form setup in my instance.
Not enough time to do screenshots on all 80+ forms.
Request is to: Create data Back up on all Forms that users can access
