The incidents view shows the title on the top line of an incident, and the tags on the bottom. It would be supremely useful to have certain service requests add tags which are variables from the service request.
So if I have a "request new hardware" service request. And the user types in "keyboard and mouse" for {{Hardware Request}} it would be nice to have the ability to create a tag automatically that is {{Hardware Request}} which inserts the value for that service request.
This would give useful information on that second line of the incidents view that would help my technicians to see more without having it in the larger font of the title, which I know I can use variables in already.
