I would like to be able to automate the creation of tickets on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis. We deal with yearly external audits, security checks, as well as internal monthly security checks and audits on certain parts of our IT infrastructure. Being able to automatically have a ticket created on the 20th of every month for some of these checks would be of huge interest, not to mention the other uses for something like this, such as a rotating weekly ticket for my network admin to change out the backup drive, and routine tasks.
