Add customization to Approval Task Created notifications or all notification templates.

Is there a way to change the "Approval Task Created" Notification so that it includes comments from the incident. Is there a way to include an "Add a Comment" button?

This might be covered in part by the "What we are working on" section of THWACK SWSD.

Task Management:
- Make each task and approval an “object” in the application. This will allow us relate tasks, add comments, create custom fields, time tracking, and custom task states in the future
- Add comments and resolution notes on tasks and approvals

I'm not sure. What I am referring to is to be able to customize the Approval Task Created notification so that the comments history for the request is included when the approval email is sent to the Approver.
