It would be highly beneficial if the default order for FAQ's were to be changed so that the LATEST/NEWEST FAQ added to the system appears first after clicking the FAQ module. Right now if I create a new FAQ, it appears LAST in the FAQ module meaning you have to move through several pages of FAQ's before you start to see the newest --or-- click the "No." column (should be renamed to ID) to sort the FAQ's until you see the latest.
It just seems to me that good design would encourage the LATEST FAQ's to appear first rather than showing the FIRST FAQ ever made in the system. The design as it is doesn't make the FAQ module very inviting to a new user nor quick to locate anything. You've got to instead tell a new user to the system "OK when you come here, first click the No. Column then look for the latest.
It also doesn't help that the SEARCH functionality in the FAQ module is kind of clunky and doesn't produce really good results. I'd settle however for having the sort order simply be updated so that it can show me the NEWEST/LATEST FAQ's by default.
