I understand that a feature exists on the SolarWinds Service Catalog forms where the admin can input a "Service Request Title" which can pull from field entries from within the form, however is there a feature that allows clients to do the same when they are looking at submitted tickets from within their queue or from within their group's queue?
Would be very helpful to have this feature implemented as our clients have a hard time sifting through their group's tickets as the title simply shows the generic request, such as "Transfer Request". Would love to see "Transfer Request - John Doe (pulled from "Employee Name" field from within the form)"
