Currently, the system doesn't seem to keep track of "Time to Assignment" when an a group is set as a default assignee and is changed to a specific person after. It only seems to track "Time to Assignment" when the assignee is removed/unassigned and reassigned. I think having it so that when an incident is given to a specific assignee, "Time to Assignment" should be tracked.
