Currently I think you can only generate fields that appear based on fields that are set as process variables. You can't select any values that are present in the change form... Like state or type or date etc. There isn't an option for dropdown dependencies in custom forms.
My use case example is I would like to have a field that appears for 'Withdrawn Reason' but only when the change is in the state of 'Withdrawn'.
